Group Occupational
Therapy

Occupational therapy can offer group sessions to individuals by using meaningful and purposeful activities that reflect the group's interests, values and hobbies, as well as their life roles. 

In Havering OT we can offer Social Skills development, Self-esteem, development of Interests and Hobbies as well as self-management and independent living skills.

The groups on offer are:
